We believe in customer satisfaction. If you find any defect in our Product, we will either replace or cancel the order you have made. This includes any manufacturer’s defects.
Please inform us about your return within 10 days of receipt of the order. As per the company policy after 10 days of your purchase, we cannot process any refund or exchange.
Damaged and used products are not eligible for return and refund; the product should be in the same Original condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tag and barcode.
Any product purchased can be returned if it is in the original condition it was shipped to you.
Free gifts or promotional items are not applicable for any return and refund.
The company is not responsible for Return shipping charges unless we have shipped you the wrong product.
Order placed in special pricing and in Season sale are not eligible for exchange or return
Process of Return
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields in the return center and click Start a Return
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- The customer needs to send us the email of the pictures of the damaged product at firstname.lastname@example.org. The pictures will be reviewed within 24 hours and if found to be a manufacturing defect, the Return Authorization number will be issued to the customer after which he can return the products.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery Refunds (if applicable), Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If we are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
In the rare event of a dispute, we suggest to write to us and can be resolved mutually under the law of India. We can also resolve the issue by confidential binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of JAMS, rather than in court. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration we each waive any right to a jury trial. We also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuses of intellectual property rights. Store Group may seek equitable relief, including, without limitation, injunctive relief and specific performance without the requirement of posting a bond or other security or proving damages are insufficient, from a court of competent jurisdiction.
